Celeriac Puree

Celeriac is one of the most under-rated vegetables, combining a faint celery and aniseed flavour with a versatile creamy texture. It grows local (BE, DE, NL & FR) and is a favourite for soups, sauces and potato mashes. In smoothies it can give texture or a unique fresh top note.
