Arugula Puree

A bit spicy, radish like in taste and so beautifully green. This member of the cabbage family can be used warm and cold, a little amount or just a lot. It’s delicious on a pizza or in a soup and a mayonnaise for salad. It is grown near the ground, so hpp treatment is more than welcome if you want to add it to any smoothie application.
