Ingredients: lemon juice, fibre (plantbased)

Juice from fresh pressed lemon juice. The distinctive sour taste of lemon juice makes it a key ingredient in foods (marinades, marmalades, baked goods, puddings, …) and drinks (smoothies, lemonades, soft drinks, cocktails….). Beside the sour taste, lemon juice can be added for technical reasons (antioxidant, acidifier, …).
